This was our first ever cruise and went way above our expectations! We enjoyed setting foot into cities we had never been to before as well as enjoying free time aboard the Amadeus Imperial. Everything about the holiday was relaxed and enjoyable, which was down to so many lovely people. Our Tour Manager, Charles Evans who met us at St Pancras Station and guided us in a very caring and friendly manner, to and from our ship. On board, Cruise Managers Kate Leigh and Kevin Childs welcomed us and made everyone feel at home, keeping us up to date with the itinerary, their quiz nights and generally getting to know everyone on board. Captain Tom and his brilliant crew all worked tirelessly to make sure everyone enjoyed the wonderful 5* experience. On our return home, the following next day Baggageman phoned to say our luggage had returned and could be delivered that day! Brilliant service. This has been our 5th tour with Rail Discoveries/Great Rail Journeys over the last 10 years. The last 3 trips we have shared with friends and we are already looking to do another trip next year!
