I worked in Customer Services in banking and saw this role as a chance to utilise my skills working with GRJ customers and travelling.What is it about the role you enjoy the most?I love making sure our customers get the best holiday experience and achieve those bucket-list moments.What are the best things about India?I love the culture, tradition, history and the amazing buildings. The people are so kind. The hotels and food are amazing and the staff cant do enough to please.Why do customers enjoy escorted tours?Our customers love these holidays because they dont have to worry.
